Hotel Regulations：
For the safety and the convenience for all our guests, we would like to ask you to obey the following regulations. Thank you for your cooperation.
- The Guest shall be allowed to use the room with the related services and facilities provided by the Hotel. Guests shall not take photos and video of the design and trademarks privately for commercial purposes.
- To protect the safety of all guests, food preparation or cooking in all guestrooms is not allowed. Guests shall not carry things with a strong or offensive smell, explosive items and illegal guns, swords and poison stuff into guestrooms or corridor. Guests shall be liable to the Hotel for any damages in the areas and on facilities as well as equipment caused by their own fault.
- In accordance with the government rules, gambling and taking illegal drugs is prohibited in all common enclosed areas of the Hotel.
- Hotel G@ provides key card computer lock system for all guestrooms. Guests should make sure to take out the key card from the power pod, properly close and lock the rooms every time when leaving the rooms.
- Guestrooms are only provided for guest accommodation use. Guests shall not be allowed to use the room for any commercial purpose without permission from the hotel or to deliver advertising matters to other guests in the hotel.
- The Guest shall use the room and common use areas so as not to disturb other guests or give annoyance to others with a disgusting behavior.
- Guests shall observe night-time peace between 23:00 to 6:00 in the morning the following day.
- In accordance with the government regulations, guests and visitors entering the hotel after 23:00 are required to register your full details with the concierge.
- Should you feel ill in any time, please contact the front desk manager for doctor arrangement.
- Guests shall use the hotel rooms, common use areas and facilities with due care and diligence. Guests shall be liable to the Hotel for any damages in the areas and on facilities as well as equipment caused by their own fault. The amount of damage shall be established on behalf of the Hotel by an authorized person within the actual costs in order to make good the damage.
- If there are any valuable suggestions about the hotel rooms, please do not hesitate to contact the Duty Manager extension number.
- In accordance with the government rules, smoking is prohibited in all common enclosed area of Hotel. And the maximum fine would be up to NT 10,000.
