To secure your reservation, a deposit is required. The deposit is $1,000 per room per night. Please complete the remittance within three days of placing the reservation. If the remittance is not completed within three days, this order will be automatically canceled. Thank you.

CANCELLATION POLICY：

Cancellation fees are based on the day we receive the cancellation request:

• 4 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
• WITHIN 13 TO 10 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, THE CANCELLATION FEE IS 30% OF PREPAID OF YOUR BOOKING.
• WITHIN 9 TO 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, THE CANCELLATION FEE IS 50% OF PREPAID OF YOUR BOOKING.
• WITHIN 6 TO 4 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, THE CANCELLATION FEE IS 60% OF PREPAID OF YOUR BOOKING.
• WITHIN 3 TO 2 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, THE CANCELLATION FEE IS 70% OF PREPAID OF YOUR BOOKING.
• THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL, THE CANCELLATION FEE IS 80% OF PREPAID OF YOUR BOOKING.
• NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FULL OF THE FEE OF PREPAID OF YOUR BOOKING.

*For a guaranteed reservation, the room will be held until 22:00 on the day of arrival. If you schedule to check in after 22:00, please contact us at “service @geight.com.tw” to confirm it.

*In case of natural catastrophe declared by the local weather bureau, please contact our Customer Service for any reservation changes and cancellation process according to hotel terms and conditions.
